Shipping Methods

Depending on the weight and type of the ordered goods, we choose the most suitable shipping method for you. We differentiate between parcel delivery and freight shipping:

• Parcel Shipping: For shipments under 31.5 kg and a maximum girth of 3 meters.

• Freight Shipping: For larger or heavier items that cannot be shipped via parcel service.

Shipping Costs

• Parcel Service: €7.90 per package.

• Freight Shipping: €95.00 per shipment.

Free Shipping for Orders Over €5,000:
For orders with a total value of €5,000 or more, we cover the shipping costs, making the delivery free for you. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Local Pickup

You also have the option to pick up your order from one of our warehouse locations by prior arrangement. Please ensure that you bring a suitable vehicle. If safe loading is not guaranteed, we cannot hand over the goods.

Important Note:

If you wish to receive your order in multiple partial deliveries on different days, regular shipping costs will apply for each delivery. Even if the free shipping threshold is reached, additional services may be billed separately.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, we will inform you by email about the shipping company handling your delivery. You will also receive a tracking link, allowing you to check the current status of your shipment online at any time.
