Shipping Information

Shipment
Depending on the weight and type of goods ordered, we will select the optimal shipping method for you. We distinguish between parcel service and freight forwarding.

Parcel shipping: This is used for shipments under 31.5 kg and a maximum girth of 3 m.

Freight forwarding: For larger or heavier items that cannot be shipped by parcel service, we use freight forwarding.

Cost

• Parcel service: €7.90 per parcel

• Shipping: €95.00 per shipment

Free shipping for orders over €5,000:
For orders over €5,000, we cover the shipping costs for you, so delivery is free of charge!

The exact shipping costs will be shown to you during the ordering process.

Local pickup:
You also have the option of picking up your order yourself from one of our warehouse locations by prior arrangement. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle. If safe loading cannot be guaranteed, we will unfortunately not be able to deliver the goods.

Important NOTE:
If you would like to receive your order in multiple deliveries on different days, the regular shipping costs will apply per delivery. Even if the free shipping limit is reached, additional services may be billed separately.

Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, we will notify you via email about the delivery company. You will also receive a tracking link so you can view the current status of your delivery online at any time.
